A few helpful answers
Will changing my design use up credits?
No. Change sizes, colors, and placement as often as you like. Ordinary preview rebuilds don’t spend credits or AI messages. One completed print kit uses one export credit unless you have unlimited access. Failed kit generation uses no credit. PNG conversion and AI tools have separate allowances.
What comes in a print kit?
A ZIP of digital files for your creation, including STL parts, color 3MF files for supported creations, and a print guide. Multiple parts in one kit still use just one credit. STL files do not store color; review color 3MF files in your slicer. You supply the printer and materials.
Can I download the same kit again?
Unchanged print-kit re-downloads are free for 24 hours, even at zero credits. Changes to your design or an expired kit may require another credit. Maker includes 100 exports per paid monthly billing period. Founding and eligible Patreon members keep unlimited downloads.
How are the $5 options different?
The $5 credit pack is a one-time purchase of 25 downloads. Maker is $5 per month for 100 exports each billing month. Founding Member keeps unlimited exports at $5 per month. Founding enrollment is closed. Existing founders keep their benefits. Studio + Patreon is $10 per month through Patreon and also includes La Conchita Bonita STL files. Founding Member does not include the Patreon file library.
What does my Patreon membership include?
Eligible paid La Conchita Bonita members receive unlimited print-kit downloads, member PNG allowances, and the enabled paid AI support allowance. The $10 3D Printing Baddie tier also includes our Patreon STL file library and at least 2 new STL files each month. Join on Patreon, then connect your membership to Charm Lab. Patreon manages billing and file access. Connecting Patreon does not cancel a Charm Lab subscription; manage each through its original provider.

Founding Member enrollment is closed. Existing founders keep their price and unlimited exports. Maker includes 100 completed print-kit exports each paid monthly billing period. There is no rollover. Failed exports and unchanged re-downloads within 24 hours use no allowance. After your monthly allowance is used, separate download credits can cover more kits.
Commercial use means you can sell unlimited physical prints of designs you have the rights to use. PNG conversion has separate daily limits. Maker uses the standard AI support allowance and does not include the Patreon file library or premium Papel Picado downloads and AI cleanup.
Specialized tools & allowances
Papel Picado downloads require eligible premium access and use no export credits. Its optional AI photo cleanup has a separate allowance of attempts shown in the designer, resetting on the first of the month. Failed attempts may count; zero pauses member cleanup. Local edits use no AI allowance.
Unlimited downloads still require valid printable designs and are subject to service availability and short-term processing safeguards. PNG tracing is separate from AI photo cleanup and AI chat.
